Welcome to our Summer Program Enrollment 👋

Our Summer program is designed to prepare your student-athlete mentally and physically to succeed on the field or court this upcoming year, or as a ‘bridge’ program to orient themselves to the upcoming academic and training year.

The program is also a chance for 8th - 12th grade athletes of any sport to level up by outworking their competition this summer.

Finally, dedicated student-athletes can get ahead in their academics with college credits while building and polishing an advanced mental performance tool-set that'll serve them at the collegiate level and beyond.


What to Expect 💭

The EM Academics Summer School program features 3 essential components:

  1. Professional strength, lifting technique, speed, agility, mobility, and conditioning training.

  2. Up to 4 UC/CSU approved and fully transferable college credit courses for high school athletes. 2 college credit courses can be taken per summer school session and we’re offering 2 sessions this summer (20 credits in total are possible).

  3. Baseball and softball athletes have open cages to get their skills work in for the last hour of the day.

  4. We combine these components within a safe and competitive atmosphere to give your student-athlete the most productive summer possible.

Note: Summer program enrollment will not be considered complete until your student-athlete’s official Enrollment Form below is received & payment has been collected.

Summer Program Details ☀️

🎓 Qualifying Student-Athletes: Our Summer program is available for 8th through 12th graders.

High school aged attendees will receive official class credits that are transferrable to any high school or college. To be eligible for these credits, student-athletes must have completed an 8th grade program and be going into their 9th grade year this fall, or be current 9th-12th graders.

*All athletes will need a laptop to complete their academics online.*

🗓 2 Summer Sessions:

  • June 3rd - June 27th

  • July 8th - August 1st

📈 Program Duration:

  • This is a 4-week program

📌 Days:

  • Monday thru Thursday each week

Daily Schedule: 8 am to 11 am

  • 8 am to 9 am: Academics

  • 9 am to 10 am: Speed Training

  • 10 am to 11 am: Strength, Power, Lifting Training

  • 11 am to 12 pm: Optional open cage self-directed skills work for Baseball & Softball athletes

💲Price: Each Session is $375 in total.

For context, each session is less than $100 per week — with each week featuring 4 days of accredited and transferrable classwork along with professional, collegiate-level strength, speed, and conditioning from 9 am to 11 am. Baseball and Softball Athletes also have hitting available after training.
